Fitness Training Session

One-on-One Training

With one-on-one training, the focus is you with a program in the G.O.A.T. Studio.  Working together, I will keep you accountable to achieving your goals and set new ones to keep you challenged.

60-Minute Sessions

Single session: $40
10 sessions: $350 ($35 per session w/ prepay)

Buddy Training

Buddy personal training is also known as two-on-one personal training.  It not only saves you money but also provides a supportive, energetic atmosphere to help you achieve your goals. Workouts will be designed based on you and your buddy’s goals and needs. Working out with a partner can also help you exercise more consistently, try new activities, and engage in friendly competition. Studies show that you're more likely to show up to a workout if you've booked it with a friend or family member. 

60-Minute Sessions

Single session: $30
10 sessions: $250 ($25 per session w/ prepay)

Gym Training Session

One-on-one coaching helps you stay focused on your goals. I will provide you with advice, lots of encouragement and scientifically-based information regarding your health and fitness. Personal training helps you:

We offer a complimentary consultation to meet your trainer, discuss you goals and determine what type of training and how many sessions are appropriate for your goals.
