Group exercise classes are designed to inspire and energize participants of all fitness levels. Led by a knowledgeable instructor in a supportive and fun environment, the classes I instruct offer a variety of workouts ranging from step aerobics,  resistance, boot camp, to an extremely popular strength-building format, Group Power by MOSSA.

You’ll stretch, squat, lunge, and lift in a beautiful farm setting, surrounded by curious goats and calm, wooly sheep who might just join in on your reps. It's movement that’s good for the body and even better for the spirit.​
