Buddy Training*

Buddy personal training is also known as two-on-one personal training.  It not only saves you money but also provides a supportive, energetic atmosphere to help you achieve your goals. Workouts will be designed based on you and your buddy’s goals and needs. Working out with a partner can also help you exercise more consistently, try new activities, and engage in friendly competition. Studies show that you're more likely to show up to a workout if you've booked it with a friend or family member.

30-Minute Sessions

Single session: $30

10 sessions: $285 ($28.50 per session)

20 sessions: $500 ($25 per session)

60-Minute Sessions

Single session: $45
10 sessions: $425 ($42.50 per session)

Youth Training

Children and young adults can benefit from a Personal Trainer because they can learn proper exercise techniques, develop healthy habits, stay motivated, and prevent injuries by having a professional guide them through age-appropriate workouts tailored to their specific needs, especially when their bodies are still developing and may be susceptible to incorrect form or overuse injuries; this can also help them build confidence and achieve their fitness goals more effectively.
