I’m Not a Salesperson

I’m Just Honest (and Really, Really Busy)

Let me start by saying this loud and clear: I am not a salesperson. As a matter of fact, I’m quite skeptical of salespeople.

I’m the type who does her own research, reads way too many reviews, and listens to what the people have to say before I even think about hitting “add to cart.” I trust real experiences more than shiny marketing promises. But I also know some people are just plain miserable and will find fault in absolutely everything—no matter how great something is.

So here’s my deal: I’m not here to sell you anything. I’m not into the pushy pitch or “limited-time offer” kind of thing. But if I use something and truly believe in it, I’ll talk about it. And if I’ve got doubts or less-than-perfect experiences, I’ll be honest about those too. That’s just who I am. I’ll never sugarcoat my thoughts to sway you one way or another.

Now, let’s get to the meat and potatoes of this blog.

Life Is Full. Like… Really Full.

Lately, I’ve been busy. Like, “how does she even function?”  busy. Sure, on social media it might look like I’ve got it all together—but behind the posts? I’m tired. Grateful, yes, but tired.

Here’s the rundown:

  • I work full-time in public relations, and for the past eight months I’ve been on a major project that’s required more than your typical 40 hours a week.

  • I also teach group fitness and personal training at the YMCA four evenings a week—sometimes multiple classes a night.

  • Then there’s Van Family Fit and Van Acres, where we’ve got goats and sheep scattered across the Fox Valley, working hard on grazing projects that need daily attention. They’ve got to be checked on, moved, and cared for—every single day.

  • Add to that a flock of chickens, a few dogs, a husband, and, oh yeah, the house and farm chores waiting back home.

  • And when there’s a rare open weekend? You’ll probably find me running a race somewhere—because apparently, I think sleep is optional.

So how do I keep it all going?

No Magic Wand, Just Fitteam

It’s not a special pill. I don’t have a fairy godmother, and there’s no hidden staff working behind the scenes. What I do have is my Fitteam Fit and Fitteam Greens.

These two have been game-changers for me. I don’t drink nearly as much coffee as I used to (which says a lot), because Fitteam Fit gives me the clean energy I need to make it through long days and late nights. And the Fitteam Greens? They keep me balanced when I miss a meal or two—which, let’s be honest, happens more than I’d like to admit.

I’m almost 42, my body aches sometimes, and yes, I crave downtime. But life doesn’t stop. Between work, fitness, farm life, and everything in between, I need something that helps me stay fueled, focused, and functional.

That’s what these products do for me.

So if you’re anything like me—constantly juggling, always moving, and needing a little extra boost of energy and nutrition—hit me up. I’m not here to persuade you or pressure you. I’m here to share what genuinely keeps me (and the farm) going strong every single day.

When you’re ready, we’re here—happy to share what works for us, honestly and wholeheartedly.
