Too Good Not To Share

Jason and I have joined FITTEAM as Brand Partners. Why? Because when you find something so good, with products that actually work and a mission and philosophy that you can stand behind - it doesn't make sense to keep it to ourselves. We want to share it with the world.

See, Jason has been using FITTEAM products from the beginning. And if there is anything you need to know about Jason it is that he will not put just anything into his body. Especially if it claims to be "good for you." He's a science guy. He does the research. He doesn't succumb to marketing tactics. I on the other hand will take most messages for face value! That being said, when I got back into the fitness industry as a certified group fitness instructor I needed something to give me energy and keep me hydrated. (Apparently 6 cups of coffee a day isn't the best option... who knew?) So it was only natural that I would take Fit and Hydrate. Jason did the leg work, all I needed to do was drink it!

Fast forward to last weekend when we went to West Palm Beach to meet with the CEO of FITTEAM to discuss becoming Brand Partners. Full disclosure - the CEO, Christopher Hummel, is Jason's cousin. Jason and Chris grew up together (side note: the stories of their childhood antics together are a hoot to listen to) so not only is this a healthy lifestyle company with a culture that empowers people to be fit physically with life-changing superior products, but Jason watched first hand as Chris built this company into the successful global business it is today.

So stay tuned - we've got exciting things to come and we hope you'll join us on this journey.

Coffee Break

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

There is no telling what we'll blog about next.  Whatever it is, I can assure you we will be giving you genuine Van Family anecdotes on life, marriage, fitness, raising kids, hobby farming and more.  We don't claim to be experts in any of the topics... but we do hope you get to know us, see that we have faults, make mistakes and disagree.  But we also have fun, try new things, come up with wild ideas and eat sushi 3x a week.

Grab your favorite beverage and join us in our adventures as you read along.
